My family and I moved to Southern California when I was two years old, so I consider myself a native. My early education and upbringing occured in Los Angeles County. In 1967 my husband, daughter and I relocated to Huntington Beach. I believe Orange County is the best place to live in this country; I love it! My business background includes a twelve year career in banking. In 1968 the decision was made to be a stay at home Mom and raise my daughter through high school. During that time I went back to school and studied accounting. When my daughter graduated high school and went away to live at college, I started a new career in real estate. That was 32 years ago.
During my real estate career I spent twelve years as a Project Sales Manager selling new homes for builders. The new home developments covered Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, Newport Coast, San Juan Capistrano, Chino Hills, Canyon Crest Country Club area in Riverside, and the Del Mar area in San Diego County. During my tenure I was a member of the Sales and Marketing Council and the Builder Industry Association.
I am a current member of the Orange County Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Less than one-third of licensed real estate agents in California are Realtors. My area of specialization is Mission Viejo, though I have marketed and sold properties in all of south Orange County.
We at Star Real Estate South County continue our education in order to remain up to date on the latest real estate laws and forms to better serve our clients. It's a joy assisting customers and clients with their real estate needs. My personal touch and follow-up during and after the sale are the services they tell me are most important to them. They happily refer family and friends to me to service their real estate needs. It's of the utmost importance to always conduct my business in a professional and ethical manner. My leisure time is usually spent with family and friends, walks (sometimes runs) around Lake Mission Viejo or at the beach, listening to great music, reading, and doing word puzzles.
