Lynn grew up Southern California, attended Camarillo High School and graduated from San Diego State University before flying off to New York City to begin a career as a flight attendant with American Airlines.   She fed her passion for world wide travel before settling down in Orange County in 1980 to marry and rear her two children, Brandon and Britta, who are now both out of college now and (thankfully) still living near by.  She started her residential real estate career in 2000, focusing on the coastal communities of southern Orange County.  

When she began her real estate career in 2000, Lynn realized that she found the most satisfaction in helping people find their dream homes.  She carefully listened to her clients to ascertain which properties she should show them, thereby saving them time and energy in their search. The smiles involved in handing over the keys to their new homes were unbeatable and heart warming.  

Eventually, as the market began to cool, she learned the tools of the trade regarding the short sale market, and teamed with a group of professionals who do nothing but negotiate with the institutions on behalf of the buyers and sellers to create a seamless real estate transaction. 

The marketing of her listings, both short sale and equity, is topnotch and far-reaching and employs the best that technology has to offer.  She is very proud of the positive outcomes that have resulted from the sales for which she has been responsible.  If you list any type of property with Lynn, you can be assured that Lynn, her transaction coordinator, escrow, title and mortgage teams will be there to answer any of your questions throughout your transaction.  Good communication skills are required by all the team members with whom Lynn associates with so that you, the client, is well taken care of.
